I brought my own financing to this dealership only to have them look dumbfounded on how to handle a simple transaction for which I have used the same loan servicer on probably 20 other vehicle purchases with no questions or problems. I would advise against any person using this dealership as obviously they have a lot of growing pains yet before they are big boys selling cars. Hopefully they will get their head out of their butts and get me my vehicle. On a more positive note the sales associate ( Jon Hyde) was top of his game and very knowledgeable. I will post updates as they happen It now appears that due to their lack of experience this issue will run into day 3. I will update as this progress. More
