My experience with the service department was very positive. I purchased a used Volkswagen from another dealership, ran into some questions during the 30-day warranty period, and spoke to Jon at Colo positive. I purchased a used Volkswagen from another dealership, ran into some questions during the 30-day warranty period, and spoke to Jon at Colonial a couple of times for information since the car was previously serviced by them. Ended up bringing it in - at the other dealership's expense - for a diagnostic on the engine. Thankfully, they didn't find anything - although the other dealership, it turned out, had cleared the codes from the computer - but the experience was a good one and I left feeling more confident in the car and also that Colonial is a place I can bring it to again for responsible follow up. More

The technicians were excellent in communication especially the detail in their explanations of problems to address. For my old car it was first the engine issues but now I still have questions re especially the detail in their explanations of problems to address. For my old car it was first the engine issues but now I still have questions re the other issues but trust that I can contact then for precisions ( ie urgency and priorities) . The only problem of course is the higher price of certified VW repair work but the expertise and efficacy was - in this situation- essential and highly valued by a 2013 GTI owner. More

Just recently, I called and requested to have a speaker replaced in my wife's 2018 VW Atlas. As usual, I was in and out in virtually no time flat. The audio system was adjusted and sounds brand new on a replaced in my wife's 2018 VW Atlas. As usual, I was in and out in virtually no time flat. The audio system was adjusted and sounds brand new on a 100K mile vehicle! This Service Dept. has yet to fail me since way back in 2009. Kudos to Billy the Service Manager and his staff! More
