The repair shop is always honest. Countless time the repair shop could have charged me for needless repairs. WORST CAR EXPERIENCE EVER Let’s talk about the absolute worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my entire life. Not only did they hold my vehicle for over a week Let’s talk about the absolute worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my entire life. Not only did they hold my vehicle for over a week without any updates, every time I called (2 times a day) they said they would call me back AND THEY NEVER DID. then when I was upset and said a bad word they asked me not to be foul then dropped a swear word in the next sentence. Save your money and stay as far away from this atrocious company as you possibly can. Also they didn’t even fix my car! More
