Very little interaction and providing background and condition of vehicle. Interaction with financial institution was disappointing to say the least. Not real comfortable with whole transaction but wil condition of vehicle. Interaction with financial institution was disappointing to say the least. We bought a used 2015 GMC Yukon Denali in January of 2021 and because it was over a holiday weekend they told us we would need to come back for an inspection sticker and a cleaning. Within a day we noticed a and because it was over a holiday weekend they told us we would need to come back for an inspection sticker and a cleaning. Within a day we noticed a loud knocking noise coming from the engine. Along with this we noticed several other issues such as the GPS not working, the center console wouldn't open, the trunk storage area handle was broken, the tires were running the wheel well when the tire was turned, etc. We called the dealership back and explained what was going on. They told us to bring the vehicle in and they would fix everything that was broken and would let us use another vehicle while they worked on our SUV. The vehicle that they loaned us could barely fit our kids 3 car seats and was way too small. They had our SUV for 3 weeks and assured us during this time that they were going to fix everything and go over the entire vehicle with a "fine tooth comb". When we finally received out vehicle back it had an inspection sticker placed on it for 03/2022 which wasn't even the month that we bought it or our birth month to match the registration. We were assured that our vehicle was fixed and safe. Then in May of 2021 we brought our SUV to our mechanic for an oil change and he informed us that we had the wrong size ball joints on our vehicle and due to the fact that they were the wrong size they had completely worn out the spindels. He told us that our vehicle that we had been transporting our three children around in was unsafe to drive and that the wheels could have fallen off at any point in our travels. This was after the dealership had previously assured us that our vehicle was safe and they inspected the entire thing with a "fine tooth comb". We again called them to inform them of our new finding and they agreed to take our vehicle in and fix the damaged parts that they somehow missed when they last had it. They assured me this is not how they do business and that they will make sure they have their top mechanic go over the entire vehicle again with a "fine tooth comb". They gave us another vehicle to drive while they worked on ours, which was another vehicle that they were trying to sell because it was the only one big enough to accommodate our family. They fixed the ball joints and spindels and didn't even mention looking over the rest of the vehicle and returned the SUV back to us, but not before changing the inspection sticker on the vehicle to 10/2021 since they knew they'd be caught if we filed a complaint with the state. I am extremely dissatisfied with Tim's Truck Capital and will tell everyone I know not to go there as they try to sell you broken and unsafe vehicles. They are shady and are trying to scam people.
