Please do not take this review the wrong way as the people that I dealt with were very nice and worked with us as we purchased the truck we wanted, There were a few issues with the truck that Jon dealt people that I dealt with were very nice and worked with us as we purchased the truck we wanted, There were a few issues with the truck that Jon dealt with and had corrected. We also requested to purchase running boards for the truck and Jon was able to obtain them and have them installed before pick up which was great. We in my opinion paid top dollar for this truck and there was not any room for negotiation but with that being said I would have expected the truck to be immaculate condition at the time of pick up. The truck was washed but still dripping wet when we arrived for pick up. The inside was not vacuumed and the seats were extremely dirty and dash and doors were in the same condition. Although the fuel tank was filled and DEF fluid was almost empty and I had to stop on the way home and pick some up. I spent several hours when I arrived home cleaning the truck including applying armor all to the tires to really make it shine. Now I do realize that this was a used truck but paying the money that we did for it I was expecting it to look like new when I drove it off of your lot. The reason I wanted to take a few minutes to write this review is so you might think of some of things for future pick up of vehicles for real satisfaction. Again the people were great, I would purchase another vehicle from you and I would also recommend you to others just these little things would have made a good experience into a great experience.
