Please do not take this review the wrong way as the people that I dealt with were very nice and worked with us as we purchased the truck we wanted, There were a few issues with the truck that Jon dealt people that I dealt with were very nice and worked with us as we purchased the truck we wanted, There were a few issues with the truck that Jon dealt with and had corrected. We also requested to purchase running boards for the truck and Jon was able to obtain them and have them installed before pick up which was great. We in my opinion paid top dollar for this truck and there was not any room for negotiation but with that being said I would have expected the truck to be immaculate condition at the time of pick up. The truck was washed but still dripping wet when we arrived for pick up. The inside was not vacuumed and the seats were extremely dirty and dash and doors were in the same condition. Although the fuel tank was filled and DEF fluid was almost empty and I had to stop on the way home and pick some up. I spent several hours when I arrived home cleaning the truck including applying armor all to the tires to really make it shine. Now I do realize that this was a used truck but paying the money that we did for it I was expecting it to look like new when I drove it off of your lot. The reason I wanted to take a few minutes to write this review is so you might think of some of things for future pick up of vehicles for real satisfaction. Again the people were great, I would purchase another vehicle from you and I would also recommend you to others just these little things would have made a good experience into a great experience. We had a very good experience and we did purchase our truck. There were a few minor issues with the truck that they gladly took care of although I feel we paid top dollar for this truck without any room truck. There were a few minor issues with the truck that they gladly took care of although I feel we paid top dollar for this truck without any room for negotiation. We requested and purchased running boards for the truck and Jon was able to get them in quickly and installed before we picked up the truck. The fuel tank was full but the DEF fluid was more than half empty so I had to stop on the way home and pick some up. The truck was washed but not wiped down, interior was not wiped down and the tires did not have armor all on them. Other dealerships that I have dealt with in the past when I have picked up the vehicle was spotlessly clean with tires shining but overall our experience was a positive one and Jon completed everything that I requested and did have to put up with me. :-) I would certainly purchase another vehicle from them in the future and recommend them as well. More
