It was a 2 day process and it was my first time car shopping so i was a little overwhelmed but Eddy and the staff there helped me every step of the way. They are very straight foward without any bulls**t and got me the price I wanted from the quote they sent online. Overall it was a pleasant and easy car shopping experience one that was flexable to my need and truely felt like they wanted to save me some money. Very very pleased We came just to take a look at the Subaru brand, the lease on my current vehicle was maturing in April and we had never considered Subaru previously We came just to take a look at the Subaru brand, the lease on my current vehicle was maturing in April and we had never considered Subaru previously and were pleasantly surprised. Eddie Orellana was who attended us with patience, professionalism, knowledge and sincerity. We ended up with 2 vehicles by the end of our visit. I was pleasantly surprised how much I liked him and his honesty. We didn't feel pressured while signing the contract, not something you usually get when buying a car. Though our car is brand new and we hope to have it a long time, I look forward to using this dealership again. Nice job guys! More

We had enough space while shopping and answers to our questions when This dealership is clean, comfortable and everyone provided just what we needed. We had enough space while shopping and answers to our questions when we had them. Everyone was polite and welcoming, and understood what our limits were on spending. Michael Price is personable. We were comfortable with him from the start. This process can be intimidating for people who don’t have a lot of experience buying cars, but he made it easy. He answered all of our question, took us on a fun test drive, and was sensitive to our needs. He used his insight as a dad and a salesman to accurately measure what we were willing to spend on and what we needed in a vehicle, and didn’t push. We appreciated that. He and his managers also went out of their way to help us get down to a price we could manage. In terms of financing, the process was quick and easy in the office. When we had questions, they were answered. Good experience. Although I wish we could have spent less time waiting, especially when we brought our infant son with us the next day, I understand that buying a car takes time. That’s the only thing I’d like to be different next time around - shorter wait time overall. But doesn’t everyone? Lol. More
