I have now purchased two vehicles at Falcone using Nick Kitner as my Sales Representative. I cannot say enough great things about Falcone or Nick. Every person at Falcone is great, from the receptionist to the service team. I never feel pressured when I’m purchasing or having service done on my vehicle. They buying process is super fast, literally sign and drive! On Friday I bought an Atlas Cross Sport and completed most of the paperwork online, when I arrived, Nick had my vehicle ready to go and while I signed a few documents he switched the plates from my old car and I was driving off the lot within an hour. Nick is great! Falcone is great! I will never go anywhere else. Best dealership in Indy! More
