Very nice service area, snacks and drinks provided which is thoughtful, exceptionally clean, there was a sweet lady restocking the break area and wiping everything down, all with a smile! Our only complaint is it took them 4 hours to fix our car, our appt was at 10:00, we arrived before 9:30, I finally asked why it was taking so long after 3 hours and finally was brought back to us after 4 hours, all for a hole in the compressor. It sat outside for 1.5-2.00 hours before they ever brought it inside to work on. I think they were super slammed today but the issue we had was, we still had a 6 hour drive to return home and no one seemed to be in much of a hurry. Just disappointed to have to wait that long, but all the employees were very kind. More

There’s Subaru service and then there is the five star experience. A 20 year driver of Subarus and dealing with various dealerships I can say five star is exceptional in every way. I have never had a ba experience. A 20 year driver of Subarus and dealing with various dealerships I can say five star is exceptional in every way. I have never had a bad experience in any way(I own 4 Subarus) these folks go above and beyond your expectations every visit. From the time you pull into the service bay until you return to the service bay to go home the experience is first class. Great communication at all times, fair prices, smiling employees who want to be there and take care of not only your vehicle but you as a customer. I discovered the dealership about 5 years ago when it first opened and have not returned to any dealership since. My vehicles deserve the five star experience even if it’s just an oil change. Thanks to Marcus, Jon and the crew for great service and a welcoming environment. More
