I cannot thank enough to Schumacher Lincoln of Delay for making the process of obtaining my vehicle so smoothly, they had everything ready once I have selected my car saving me the pain of spending an entir making the process of obtaining my vehicle so smoothly, they had everything ready once I have selected my car saving me the pain of spending an entire day of paperwork. John went above and beyond making sure I was happy and was always available to answer all my questions. Totally recommend this dealership I wasn’t just a number to them they truly treat you how every customer deserves to be treated, I’m saying that because I visited several dealers due to short inventory but I never ran into a problem there! Brand new 2022 navigator. 20 miles. Won’t start on day 2. A total disaster. Nobody answers at the dealer. Calls go to dead ends no matter which options you select. Linco 20 miles. I couldn’t imagine being more disappointed. Do not come to this dealer. As an update. Finally reached a live person in sales at 12:05 this afternoon. Was told she or a manager would call back ASAP. Nobody ever called back. They are now closed for the day. STAY AWAY More

Jon was patient, knowledgeable, fair and, above all, did what was required to ensure that our transaction was just what we wanted. We made a mistake by choosing lease over purchase and Jon attempted to diss what was required to ensure that our transaction was just what we wanted. We made a mistake by choosing lease over purchase and Jon attempted to dissuade us. We re-visited Schumacher and Tylyn Meeks went way, way above and beyond to modify our transaction and see that we were satisfied and, most importantly, had what was correct.
