In this instance, she failed miserably. And finally, the service manager Vinny he’ll tell you they strive to deliver the best service, but that’s not the case There are two other dealerships in the tri-state area. One is Mercedes-Benz of Huntington The second is Mercedes-Benz of Smithtown Both of these dealerships have exceptional sales and service department. Consider your options and ask yourself travel a little distance to receive the best quality service or travel to this dealership and get what you pay for which is nothing. The choice is yours. More
