I made an appointment for 10:45. I sat there almost 2:00 just for oil change tire rotate. I know every person in there did not have an appointment and they all were finished before i I sat there almost 2:00 just for oil change tire rotate. I know every person in there did not have an appointment and they all were finished before i was. My question is why bother to make an appointment just to have walk ins given precedents. Makes no sense. Im not sure if i will go back. Three hours is ridiculous. More
