Thank you Team NorthPenn...Impeccable Service With today's fast pace and the fact that most people who provide any type of service have more work than they can handle, good service may be consid With today's fast pace and the fact that most people who provide any type of service have more work than they can handle, good service may be considered a rare treat...not the case at North Penn Volkswagen Mazda Imports in Colmar, PA. While it's not easy to joggle several customer issues at one time while a line of anxious customers wait their turn, the team at NorthPenn has mastered the concept of Excellent Personalized Customer Care. The NorthPenn VW team, Derek Fichett, Greg Holland, Jason Hartman, Jeff Applegate, Jorge Campacci, Erin Trotter; and Kimmy Brown and Kathy Mason at NorthPenn Mazda Rental were amazing. My situation was a rare technology 'nightmare' requiring a vehicle replacement. It was handled by Greg, Derek and Jorge with a high level of professionalism and the utmost service resulting in a positive experience. My new car arrived quickly and exactly as represented, for which I am thankful. I am totally impressed by the integrity and the high reputation of this dealership. I believe that every business is built one customer at a time. Customer loyalty and trust are both earned through deeds; not good salesmanship alone. While Greg Holland has been a great salesman for this and two previous vehicles, this letter serves to confirm that Greg and his team have earned my trust and my continued loyalty. Everything I was a customer who bought a 2014 Beetle (diesel) and had a lovely experience. The dealership's service dept advocated for me when that Beetle turned I was a customer who bought a 2014 Beetle (diesel) and had a lovely experience. The dealership's service dept advocated for me when that Beetle turned out to be a lemon. It was replaced with a 2015 Beetle Diesel and the fraud was announced shortly thereafter. I picked up my new 2017 Beetle from them on Dec. 22 and they were so cooperative with all of the details of the coordination between fraud buyback and getting my new car. It was waiting for me when I returned the Diesel. Especially notable is their service department. That is the primary reason for getting another Beetle. Their personnel are so friendly and accomodating, I have seen them so much in such a short time with all the stuff since 2014 that I even get a hug from the service manager when I see him--my adopted "son" as I think of him and the rest of the dept. Really, really, really consider this dealership--even if you have a VW dealership closer by. More

I stumbled upon them by chance after other dealers could not properly diagnose a specific issue with a vehicle. No up sell, quality work and intelligent staff who know the vehicles well. They have gone above and beyond what I imagine any dealer would do for a customer. For those that have second thoughts about dealer service, give them a try. I recently decided to purchase a new vehicle from North Penn after being a service department customer. It was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. In and out in less then 30 minutes. Tim's attention to detail during delivery was second to none. Very happy all around with North Penn Volkswagen. More

Their was no rush on our part to buy... however, the professional support received was consistent and without any pressure to make a decision. This is our 6th car purchased at North Penn VW & we lost count of how many recommendations we have made over the years to the dealership. We always feel like we are dealing with extended family when we visit, whether on the showroom floor or in service. So nice to see that their is a high rate of retention among staff in the various departments. The family-styled appreciation and respect for their techs and staff translates into a positive culture that delivers an enjoyable and trustworthy experience for customers. The attention given to us in this last search for the perfect car has been very personal and thorough... and quite frankly, remarkably satisfying given our high expectations. Replacement vehicle I had some issues with a Beetle TDI beginning Dec. 15. The customer service and especially the service was outstanding. Ken Benton and Jorge Campacci are the teams TOP PERFORMERS (and James Wilkie) like the star players on a national football team. They understand my financial limits and work with me to solve my service issues to keep my GTI on the road. They go above and beyond to make sure I know that VW is like no other car manufacturer. I can't express enough how much they treat meet like a valued customer and find ways to help me to keep my costs to a minimum. The knowledge that they and every person I've met at NorthPenn tells me that they not only love their jobs but strive to be among the best. They take great pride in their dealership and their work. Ken Benton always explains what they service on the car and what steps I should take to keep maintenance up and to keep costs down. I was totally stressed out about my up coming PA inspection because of the high mileage I drive a year, Ken took the initiative to make sure everything got done that was needed and kept costs to a bare minimum.
