Chris Lopez is a pleasure to deal with and he was responsive to our needs as the deal progressed. There were minor challenges, probably due to my not having purchased a brand new car in a very long time, but we worked through them. If I buy a new Honda again I'd definitely consider returning to Shottenkirk Honda of Cartersville. More
