Al Hussain was great to work with! While everyone we worked with was friendly, the time to complete the process was quite extensive and we were pushed to purchase multiple services we declined multiple times. While I understand the job of a car dealership is to sell cars and services, it felt excessive for services to be pushed on us multiple times. The financial reps I worked with at the end were pleasant, but the delivery of information felt disingenuous and scripted in a way to push the sale. More
