We've just purchased our 2nd vehicle from Heiser Toyota since 2015. This experience was better than the 1st largely due to the sale representative Jorgo. Jorgo does possess a good working knowledge of the since 2015. This experience was better than the 1st largely due to the sale representative Jorgo. Jorgo does possess a good working knowledge of the Toyota brand as well as the specific vehicles in the line up. This is very peculiar time to purchase a vehicle with supply lines presenting no vehicles to look at however Jorgo kept me up to date with regular messages. Heiser itself as a dealership has been stellar in servicing my past vehicle and I would anticipate the same going forward. I know it's a car dealership but I did not necessarily feel like just a number, bravo Heiser, Shahat and bravo Jorgo. More

Pat (Manager) and Colt (financing) were super friendly and Colt was not a high pressure guy even though he has some nice protection packages to present to his customers. I have bought more than a dozen cars in my lifetime, but this was my first interaction with Heiser Toyota. I will DEFINITELY RETURN to Heiser Toyota in the future as they are much more upfront and honest regarding build-time expectations, fair value for your trade-in, and they don’t try to up-price your car with unrequested equipment “add-ons” like some other dealerships in the suburbs tried to do when I first started my car buying journey. Heiser Toyota is EXCELLENT and I highly recommend you see for yourself! More

Salesman unable to give me an idea of interest rate %, even when given credit rating. Financing manager didn’t call for two days even after telling me he would call later in the afternoon. Promised remo even when given credit rating. Financing manager didn’t call for two days even after telling me he would call later in the afternoon. Promised remote start would be installed prior to picking vehicle up on Saturday morning. Received a call Friday saying it wouldn’t be ready. Had to return vehicle Tuesday so remote start could be installed on Wednesday. Vehicle wasn’t ready until Thursday late afternoon and couldn’t pick up until Friday. Quite honestly the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. More
