I'm on a maintenance plan. Which includes topping off all fluids. Tire rotation. Fluids were not topped off and tires were not rotated. Service department doesn’t do what they tell you they have performed. This was the 3rd time in for service on my 2013 Bronco. Every time they said tires rotated, but I make the tires and they were not have performed. This was the 3rd time in for service on my 2013 Bronco. Every time they said tires rotated, but I make the tires and they were not done. What else are they skipping? I purchase an extended service plan and I’m not getting what I paid for. Called to ask to the service manager last Friday after picking up vehicle and no call back. 4 days now. I’m going to write Ford motor company and demand a refund. More
