The result was a fast turnaround on the fixes I needed, delivered on-time, precisely as promised. No up-charges and no surprises. Well, except one: they checked out and fixed a few minor things that I needed, and tossed in a discount and a free inspection to identify items that I should keep in mind for the future. They lost track of my repair part on back order but got back on track and made good on everything as originally stated. They worked as a team to give me a loaner car while my car was in repairs and went ou back on track and made good on everything as originally stated.
