Jose’ was absolutely fantastic throughout this whole process. That’s why whenever I have an issue with my car I don’t hesitate to call Manly. This time I bought some headlights from Auto Zone. The compl process. That’s why whenever I have an issue with my car I don’t hesitate to call Manly. This time I bought some headlights from Auto Zone. The completely dropped the ball. One headlight was never installed it was just hanging. The other was partially installed. The technician took a video of the problem. My bill from Manly Including a brake inspection was $865.99. I took the bill and the video to the manager of Auto Zone. I included the receipt proving I had purchased the lights from them. She saw the video, I sent a copy to her phone. She contacted her district manager, 72 hours later they refunded me $865.99. Having the video was a game changer. That’s great that this is a practice of the service team. So, my thanks to the team as a whole. Yes, I would recommend to my family and friends that may be car shopping or need their Honda repaired don’t think about it just call or go to Manly.
