Many reminders to get vehicle papers, almost 4 weeks; we were told paperwork would be waiting when vehicle was picked up, however, there were no papers. The original papers signed were dated 2023 (signed on were told paperwork would be waiting when vehicle was picked up, however, there were no papers. The original papers signed were dated 2023 (signed on 1/14/24), therefore, had to sign again electronically. Other issues also not taken care of, like registering the vehicle with Ikon; called twice to sign up vehicle, however, they said dealership did not register the vehicle, which prompted more calls to the dealership. One thing we didn't have to give a reminder was to cash our check! Had a list of questions upon picking up the vehicle, however, Jose didn't have much time for me! (Rigo was on vacation.) Have purchased many vehicles and certainly did not feel like a valued customer at this dealership. More

Jose and Henry Brown would have gotten 5 stars but when I picked up the vehicle I was rushed and wasn’t shown a lot about it. Did the welcome call with onstar and Sirius by myself. Liked the car, Jose very knowlegeable about the Terrain. drove 2 of them. Took awhile to come to a price and once we did things really slowed down. Ron knew what he was doing and very friendly, seemed like he had a very sharpe pencil. Handed you a bunch of papers you could not have read with a magnifying glass.No explanations. My fault should have walked than. We had a small issue with the glove box that I thought was going to be addressed than but it was not. Had to bring it back it. Before we got it back in we were driving and had a issue with the Information center. Jose reset it for us, but also accused us of messing it up. Two days lader the same issue came up again, jose very unhappy to hear from me. He tried to reset it and could not, again he said it was used error. Not the same friendly Jose we bought the car from. We took it to service and Raul took who took it back and done a reset on it. The best experience we have had there was dealing with Raul. After all said and done I found out we had over paid for car,won't happen again More
