Liked the car, Jose very knowlegeable about the Terrain. drove 2 of them. Took awhile to come to a price and once we did things really slowed down. Ron knew what he was doing and very friendly, seemed like he had a very sharpe pencil. Handed you a bunch of papers you could not have read with a magnifying glass.No explanations. My fault should have walked than. We had a small issue with the glove box that I thought was going to be addressed than but it was not. Had to bring it back it. Before we got it back in we were driving and had a issue with the Information center. Jose reset it for us, but also accused us of messing it up. Two days lader the same issue came up again, jose very unhappy to hear from me. He tried to reset it and could not, again he said it was used error. Not the same friendly Jose we bought the car from. We took it to service and Raul took who took it back and done a reset on it. The best experience we have had there was dealing with Raul. After all said and done I found out we had over paid for car,won't happen again More

When asked to go down from Tucson to take a look at the truck I was under the impression that the truck was ready to go (it had not even been through inspection or detailed) . They advertise the truck to have only 5k miles , when I talked to sales men on the phone he also stated it had 5k miles (real miles 28k) , yes they dropped the price a bit . Friday they tell me the truck is ready to go, I let them know I’ll be there Saturday. I send salesman a text on Saturday before I leave Tucson letting them know I’m on my way, when I arrive it’s obvious the truck isn’t ready because they don’t even know where the keys are . Now they deliver the truck till Monday. They did promise running boards, I’ve message my salesman (no reply).They also stated they would include a card for oil changes ,(no card found in the vehicle when it was delivered)The entire deal has been screwed up. More
