Rick Case Hyundai sales was great with our purchase. The salesmen worked together to make sure the deal went well. We arrived at Rick Case around 330 and the deal was finished before 9. It's been a little over a year since I purchased my vehicle and this is the best experience I've had so far. Drop off was easy and I received my car back in just a few hours as promised. However, I r vehicle and this is the best experience I've had so far. Drop off was easy and I received my car back in just a few hours as promised. However, I requested that the windshield wipper fluid be checked and that my car be washed, but neither one was done. I understand that the car wash may not have been opened due to Covid-19, but a regular maintenance check normally includes checking the fluids on the car. Lipton Toyota always rolled out the red carpet when I took my Corolla for any type of service, 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐service. A year later and I'm still waiting on that type of service from Rick Case Hyndai for my Elantra. 🤔 More
