Horrible experience, would absolutely never return. Absolutely would not recommend. Bought a car from here twice and had issues both times. Definitely learned my lesson to never go back here. And will scam you in the end if you do not pay very close attention and confirm everything discussed is actually put through. More

I originally planned on looking at 2 different used cars and a couple of new cars. I decided not to get the new ones, and neither of the used cars was available when I arrived, but Joe listened to what I w and a couple of new cars. I decided not to get the new ones, and neither of the used cars was available when I arrived, but Joe listened to what I was looking for and showed me another used car that I fell in love with. I still returned to see the original used cars (and Joe came in on his day off to show them to me), but I preferred the one Joe showed me. It's perfect! Joe explained the difference between a few models I was considering and the different trim levels. He was also candid about the pricing and payment options and patiently answered all of my questions. Corey was great when it came to the actual purchase. He explained the different warranty options and all the paperwork that had to be signed. There's a lot to sign, but Corey was very personable and entertained us with stories throughout the process. Overall, the whole process was pretty painless and as quick as it could be. I would return to Honda Universe in the future to make another purchase. Next, I'll see how the service department is :) More
