This is my fifth car with you guys since 2018. During Covid, I was contacted several times during the week, for months on end, borderline harassed by this dealership, to trade my car in because no During Covid, I was contacted several times during the week, for months on end, borderline harassed by this dealership, to trade my car in because no cars were selling .I bought a new crv two weeks ago at an agreed upon price with my salesman Matt. $100 more a month for a lesser option model but it is what it is. A week later I told Matt my mother, who is on a fixed income , that she wants a HRV sport and has a trade in. Over 5,000 dollars down and he still wanted $400 a month for a $30,000 car. Obviously loyalty doesn’t run deep with this company. I have three years to get over it but I think I will try another dealership when the time comes. More
