Not only did they not pressure us, but it was a first-class experience from the receptionist all the way to the finance room. We were so impressed with Joe and Jackie Cooper Nissan's level of experience, service and friendliness, that we left buying two cars instead of one. He sent us pictures inside and out of the car and answered all of our questions before we even came down to the dealership. When we came in it was stormy and raining hard. He came out with an umbrella and covered us to the door. He then pulled the car into the service line so we don’t get wet and explained all of the features. He worked hard for us and got the deal done. In finance, Ben Johnson was good too and explained things very thoroughly. Whole process took about an hour and thirty minutes! More

The sales staff demonstrated all of the different features of the car to ensure I understood everything about the car before purchasing. When it was time to crunch numbers, the team at JC worked with me to get me a payment that fit my budget. I can’t say enough good things of the sales staff I interacted with. Amazing New Car Buying Experience The staff at Jackie Cooper went above and beyond my expectations by far. This is a well run and organized dealership. I had reviewed the invento The staff at Jackie Cooper went above and beyond my expectations by far. This is a well run and organized dealership. I had reviewed the inventory online and knew the vehicle I wanted. I contacted the dealership by phone before making the trip there and spoke to Joseph. He was very helpful as I explained that I wanted a particular vehicle but couldn't make it for several hours. He checked to make sure the vehicle was still available and by the time I arrived, it was pulled up to the front with a note on the dash saying it was reserved for me. Wow!!! Our salesman, JC, was courteous, knowledgeable and very personable. He answered all my questions and didn't brush off anything detail I wanted to discuss. He went over all of the features on my new vehicle. He showed us the service area and explained the process of bringing my new vehicle in for servicing. He even offered us refreshments several times since we were there through dinner time. My financing terms were fair and it didn't take a bunch of unnecessary haggling to get there. MJ handled our financing and he was great to deal with. Nihad had me laughing as the process progressed. He wasn't my salesman but he has a great personality and added a lot of humor to the experience. I am extremely pleased with this dealership. I would highly recommend anyone who is thinking about buying a Nissan to go here first and bypass any of the lesser dealerships in the area. More

My husband is currently deployed to Afghanistan and this allowed us to view the car together and discuss the features ect. We appreciate and was very impressed with Josephs' willingness to go above and beyond. Richie was AWESOME he answered all of our questions as well as was one of the nicest salesman we have encountered during our hunt for a new car. I would have rated 5 stars, but the sales manger we worked with the 1st night was not very willing to work with the numbers much at all and was not very personable. Ben was amazing he went above and beyond to get the rates I wanted /needed he explained everything in detail. More
