The most superb service that I have ever received! I recently received a postcard from Benzl Busch informing me of a special offer regarding a trade in of my car. I called the dealership and asked for I recently received a postcard from Benzl Busch informing me of a special offer regarding a trade in of my car. I called the dealership and asked for Joe Simsek (whose name was on the card) during the covid 19 period. The receptionist gave Joe the message at home. He called me back from home (in under 5 minutes) and was polite and knowlegeable. I asked Joe S. to coordinate with one of my favorite people at Benzl Busch, Joe Herman. Joe Herman is a sales manager and he always steps in to make sure that everything is done to perfection for me. The two Joes arranged for me to review the Mercedes S series and rather than push a more expensive car led me to a fully loaded S 450 car. I really did not need an 8 cylinder car -the 6 cylinder with turbo was fantastic for me and decreased the car payments by several hundred dollars a month. They could not have been more helpful since he also had S550s to trade but understood that might be overkill for my driving needs and tried to save me money. I had never even heard of the S 4 series. Joe S. did most of the follow up work and was incredibly responsive. Worked out the entire lease for me and all I had to do was pick the car up and bring my car in. I guess its an honor for me to say that this is my sixth Mercedes (or maybe 7th) that I have gotten through Benzl Busch. They have the best people working there and it is always a great pleasure, This was an especially great experience because Benzl managed to do all of this during the quarantine period. I never walked into any building or had any contact except via telephone. I realized I left a tiny scan disk in the car after I brought it in that had 600 children songs on it. Joe S. got it back for me which was no easy task during this quarantine period and he did it with grace. Kudos to the team and a special thanks to Joe S. (he is great) and Joe Herman who called to make sure that I was happy after I took the car home. I love Benzl Busch! Heidi Rigney More

Faith brought me back to the dealership because it was close to where I was working. First it was servicing my 2017 C300C then leasing my last car. The Mercedes dealership experience has changed not for the better I must add, Benzel-Bush at least has stayed consistent. Sales and Service journey was painless, personal interaction was better than at least six other local dealers and overall dealership has a well designed flow, specially being in the middle of one of most congested areas. Matt and Joe were fair and Scott made it very easy to get in and get out. More
