Wasn’t happy when I arrived for service and discovered that the wrong part had been ordered. But the service manager provided a complimentary oil change and tire rotation for our inconvenience in keeping that the wrong part had been ordered. I specifically requested an oil change when I called to request service, and on the envelope at the late night key drop off, it was not completed. My rear windshield wiper was recommended to be replaced, request service, and on the envelope at the late night key drop off, it was not completed. My rear windshield wiper was recommended to be replaced, but no one could seemingly look back in the computer or consult the sticker on the inside of my windshield to recommend an oil change (despite the fact that I requested one!) More
