Because my car was going to be there for an extended period of time they put me in an E class rental. I didn’t expect that.
While my car was being repaired, I had to leave town for a couple weeks and they told me no problem. They’ll hold the car until I get back.

I’d like to thank each one of them for that time and effort and also would like to mention Mr. Leonard Baker for his expertise and last but not least Miss Ashley I’ve been dealing with Walters ever since I was 17 years old and I really appreciate it and another name I’d like to mention is Kevin the manager across the street there at Audi not only will I be returning but I have passed on numerous recommendations to the people at United parcel service in Ontario California. There’s about 15,000 that work out of that building on the corner of Jurupa and Haven in Ontario. They can’t go wrong by coming over and seeing you guys at Walters Mercedes-Benz in Riverside thank you once again guys are really pleased with my purchase and it went pretty smooth.
