Bought a new 2020 CRV, and traded in a 2012 CRV. The total on site time took less than 1 and 1/2 hours. Desired vehicle was not at dealership but one was located elsewhere and was personally delivered t total on site time took less than 1 and 1/2 hours. Luther Honda in St Cloud go above and beyond customer service!!!!!! I made contact with Ricky Parker and even though he would not be at the business the day I could be there we were put into Dave H. hand service!!!!!! Best experience I've had with a car dealership. I have no brand loyalty when I purchase vehicles.... I've owned new Pontiac, Mazda, and Chevrolets and have and had my husband do most of the "wheeling and no brand loyalty when I purchase vehicles....
