Not sure exactly about maintenance diagnosis. Took so long. I tried to make a service maintenance appointment over the phone. Finally after 3 attempts I got someone but there wasn't any available spot on the da I tried to make a service maintenance appointment over the phone. First of all I wasn't knowledge after 7 minutes I was helped. Service took around 1:40 minutes. I was explained the conditions on my car and a care plan but associate told me he was going to give a copy of everything in next 3 minutes but he disappeared coming back almost 20 minutes after our conversation uffff More

And thanks to the attentive tech who observed my compliance bushings were torn during a visit for brake pads. For years and years, I have avoided bumps in the road and was not enjoying driving. We talked a lot about buying a new car. Not now! It's great and I'm in love with my Honda again. And the car wash is always appreciated. In the decades of being in Utah, never once was there an issue with the quality of work done or integrity at Ken Garff Honda. It's so good I even take my Isuzu there.
