Dealer lost my key truck had to be towed to another shop, service adviser told me i needed to come pick key up and take to new shop as they don’t have anyone to take it there. I told him clearly i don’t have service adviser told me i needed to come pick key up and take to new shop as they don’t have anyone to take it there. I told him clearly i don’t have a vehicle as mine doesn’t drive and was towed out the key should have went with truck. He then told me he doesn’t know what to tell me so now truck is sitting at new truck with no key! More
