Dealer lost my key truck had to be towed to another shop, service adviser told me i needed to come pick key up and take to new shop as they don’t have anyone to take it there. He then told me he doesn’t know what to tell me so now truck is sitting at new truck with no key! More

I brought my truck in to have an error message diagnosed. After the inspection, I was asked to leave the vehicle overnight so the team could verify that the battery issue and related errors were fully resolv After the inspection, I was asked to leave the vehicle overnight so the team could verify that the battery issue and related errors were fully resolved. I agreed, expecting that the vehicle would be thoroughly tested before being returned to me. However, less than two miles after leaving the lot, a new error message appeared. Now I have to bring the truck back for another diagnosis, which is both inconvenient and frustrating. This situation could have been avoided with clearer communication and a proper test drive before releasing the vehicle. I trusted that the overnight inspection meant the issue had been fully addressed, but that clearly wasn’t the case. Josh the MOD offered to make it right on our next visit. More
