I only go to Bianchi For me and my family we shop exclusively at Bianchi. This will be the third new vehicle we have gotten from Bianchi and I will continue to come back (it could 15 years... but we'll be back)...We got a Honda Civic in 2000.. it died last year (2017 with 175K miles on it) so we picked up a 2017 Fit last August. Our 16 year old 2002 Bianchi Honda Accord was still running.. but time to say goodbye.. so we picked up a 2018 Honda Fit in May 2018. So 2 new Honda Fit's in 10 months. Luke, our lead salesman, remembered our names which just speaks volumes of his professionalism. Our other sales people were friendly and easy to deal with. The business office was just as friendly. I would not consider going any where else. To be honest they gave us a xxxx of deal.. for which I am appreciative of. Thanks!! The free car wash is such a nice and valuable touch. As for the service dept.. it's best to schedule early since they are always busy. More

Fantastic preparation by my sales rep, Josh Elliott. I had emailed Josh what vehicle I was looking at for my next lease since my CRV lease would be ending 7/1/18. He had vehicles ready for me to look at and test drive, and he had already met with Jason P on rental amount. I had wanted to add in my remote starter and Auto Butler which was easily done. In fact, I was able to transfer the starter I already purchased into the new vehicle. All was done profeesiinally and courteously. I had also talked with Josh about some issues my brother had on his last 2 purchases there. He put notes into my brother's file and promised that he would make sure my brother had a good experience the next time he did business with Bianchi. I have been leasing cars at Bianchi and servicing them there for the past 20+ years. I believe, that alone, says what I think of the dealership......and Josh Elliott. You rock! More

I returned to the dealership, and they scheduled a visit to have it cleaned. When I returned, I am not sure that our car was even scheduled! When it was "cleaned", some of the problems were taken care of, and when I went inside, Mike Weese came out and personally cleaned the areas that had not been cleaned, and told me that if I found anything else to call. Thank you, Mike! More
