If I could give them a negative 100 stars, I would. They are unethical and unprofessional. I've been threatened. I was sold a lemon by them, then they said they would make it right (in writing), and no They are unethical and unprofessional. I've been threatened. I was sold a lemon by them, then they said they would make it right (in writing), and now they refuse. Plus when they did the AC repair, which isn't fixed by the way, they damaged the electrical wiring and are refusing to fix the damage they created. These are just 2 of the problems I've had with them! Don't buy from this place. Don't give them, or any Morgan Auto Group dealerships, any business! All they deserve is to go out of business! They don't even treat their employees well. Several have told me they are working on leaving because of how poorly they are treated. The CEO, Brett Morgan, even told me he is not a personal complaint department when I tried contacting him about what is going on. So this is why management at the dealership thinks they can behave this way because leadership from the top behaves this way too. They are a bad company and don't deserve a single dollar from you! Bad news! I retorqued the wheels and they were all over 110# for a new Venza after service. But even worse, my precious 2021 baby Prius Prime, which you had se I retorqued the wheels and they were all over 110# for a new Venza after service. But even worse, my precious 2021 baby Prius Prime, which you had serviced twice, had nuts in over 130#. This kind of impact gun use will destroy wheels, rotors, and bearings and the customer will never know when they get sold a brake job. I can not longer trust any dealer to do a simple service that does not damage my cars. I thought you folks were the best but I need to broaden my search to a shop I can observe and direct when needed. Impact guns need to be set at 75# and hand torque properly the final sequence. I taught my students the proper way to use an impact gun in every situaion. Not good at all and these cars are geting very expensive. More

I want to start by thanking the Toyota service advisors and management team for consistently providing outstanding customer service. From the moment I arrive to the time I leave, the staff is courteous, he and management team for consistently providing outstanding customer service. From the moment I arrive to the time I leave, the staff is courteous, helpful, and attentive, and I truly appreciate that level of care. However, I am disappointed that I have to rate this experience a 4 out of 5. This is now the second service visit where I’ve received my vehicle with visible oil or grease stains on the driver-side kick panel and the painted metal door sill area. My vehicle is white, and I take pride in keeping it clean, so it’s frustrating to see these stains upon pickup. While I understand that a courtesy wash is provided, it only addresses the exterior of the vehicle and does not clean interior entry points; which are precisely where the mess occurs. It’s unfortunate that this part of the process is overlooked, as returning a vehicle in this condition does not reflect the otherwise excellent customer service I receive. I share this feedback in hopes that more attention will be given to vehicle cleanliness at the technician level. Customers should not have to clean up after a service appointment. More
