Honestly, I struggled with this experience. I felt like it lacked clarity or transparency with the entire process. I was not clear on the rate I was going to be given, I wished I would have see I felt like it lacked clarity or transparency with the entire process. I was not clear on the rate I was going to be given, I wished I would have seen more details of the finance process and not just a few printed pieces of papers. I have seen other dealers leverage software to help showcase the prices and show more transparency. Also I'm not a huge fan of the added on tech that Brent Brown "adds to every vehicle" I'm not a huge fan of some sort of tech that gives your dealership insight on my vehicle after the purchase. I was told I'd be sent the details of the transaction yet 2 days after I had yet to receive anything. I had to follow up just to make sure what I remember signing was actually the truth. The entire finance experience happened and I couldn't see any of the numbers or what the total price was going to be. That was just communicated to me and I had to use my phone to look up a calculator to make sure it was accurate to what my payment would be. The lack of transparency was really frustrating. More

Tanner Peterson was our sales person and he went above and beyond for us. Broc was great! Took us on a test drive to make sure it was the car we wanted. He went over different areas o the car make sure we knew how everything worked and if Took us on a test drive to make sure it was the car we wanted. As we took the test drive he went over mo information about the car and made sure we knew the differences between the year of the car we were driving versus the year of the car we wanted. Brock made sure all of our questions were answered and understood. We then met with Josh in financing! Again the same type of service and fast! Josh took his time to make sure we understood what we were signing and knew what options were available and allow us to make the decisions we wanted. There was know pressure as to what we should get with our car. He was very patient and very easy to work with through the whole process! We came back in a couple days later to wrk our some financing and met with Andrew, since Josh had the day off. Again, we were given the red carpet! When we walked out everything was finalize and all we needed to do was to wait for the delivery of our car! Would I buy a car from Brent Brown Toyota again? Yes we would, because of the service we received! More
