Went in with tire losing air - left with tire losing air I took my 2016 Subaru WRX into Crews Subaru December 30. I was loosing air in two of my four tires. They took my car back quickly (I was the first app I took my 2016 Subaru WRX into Crews Subaru December 30. I was loosing air in two of my four tires. They took my car back quickly (I was the first appointment of the day). After looking at the car they told me I needed a new tire because the nail was to close to the sidewall to patch. I said ok and gave them the go ahead to order the new tire for me car. The service center guy said the new tire would arrive around 10 AM the next day and they would call me immediately to come in the next day and have the tire replaced. The day comes and no phone call. I call around 3PM to give them time and ask what the status is of the tire. One of the service counter employees told me that the guy handling my car would call me back immediately and that he left a note on his desk. It is now January 20th, over 3 weeks later and no call. This dealership is a complete joke. After two weeks and no call I took my car to another tire center who found that TWO of my tires were damaged and NEITHER of them needed to be replaced. I ended up purchasing 4 new all season tires anyways because we were moving north and I had summer tires. Crews Subaru is the worst dealer and service center I have ever dealt with, and I recommend anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. More

Max was outstanding to deal with I went to look at an Outback and was signing the paper work before I even knew what happened. The test drive was a blast. Excellent customer service!! We were due for our first oil change with our Subaru and I called first thing in the morning and spoke to Matt in the service department. He said that We were due for our first oil change with our Subaru and I called first thing in the morning and spoke to Matt in the service department. He said that he would be expecting me when i arrived and he would drive me to work so they could service the car. When I arrived I didn't have to wait at all for Matt to take me and about 45 minutes later Matt called to say the car service was completed. Matt told me that he would have another gentleman follow him to my work so they could bring the car to me instead of me having to get a ride back to the dealership to pick it up. When Matt arrived with our car he told me that they changed the oil and did a tire rotation which was part of the service and they even ran it through the car was for us!! That was an excellent surprise and it was greatly appreciated!! You don't find many companies or service departments that go the extra mile for the customer just because. Subaru of Charleston has some of the best customer service we have ever experienced. We recommend them to everyone we know!! More

We Started our search at crews subaru with the WRX. Ralph showed us the car and took us on a test drive. After we sat in the waiting room for a few hours waiting for the sales manager to contact another dealer to make a trade on the car we wanted we left and he said he would call me as soon as possible with information. We told them we would order a brand new model if he couldn't make the trade. The next day I call in to check and he says xxxx call me soon because his manager is checking back. No call since then (its been over two weeks now). The sales manager tried to make up some story about the difference in dealerships, but my experience spoke for itself. More

Best car shopping experience ever. I have never had an easy time car shopping like I just did. Best experience ever and was not pressured at all. pleasant buying experience I didn't expect to actually buy any vehicle when I went in for a test drive, but things worked out and now I have a new WRX to drive with. Great Experience! I just bought a 2016 Outback from Crews. Millet and Josh were extremely helpful with answering all of my questions and concerns. Anything they weren't I just bought a 2016 Outback from Crews. Millet and Josh were extremely helpful with answering all of my questions and concerns. Anything they weren't sure on, they consulted with their service department for me immediately. They were also very fair with meeting me at a price that I thought was fair. I have called Millet a few times since I bought the Outback, and he has continued to be extremely helpful! Great salesman; great dealership! More
