I love my new outback! I had some issues with my 2013 and was waiting for an oil change - ended up leaving in a brand new 2016 and could not be happier! The sales team casu I had some issues with my 2013 and was waiting for an oil change - ended up leaving in a brand new 2016 and could not be happier! The sales team casually asked if I needed help while I was window shopping - I said not really but I might be interested in trading if the price is right. They worked with me and got my payments where they need to be and an hour later I was out the door. More

BRZ test drive and purchase I was working with the internet rep and came over to drive the BRZ, I really didn't want a silver car, but found a charcoal one was also there - in th I was working with the internet rep and came over to drive the BRZ, I really didn't want a silver car, but found a charcoal one was also there - in the showroom I was sold !! Everyone was extremely nice and I was treated fairly. I think they have removed the stereo type of car salesman from their environment. Thanks, I am happy More

Wonderful dealership to work with This was our first car buying experience in 12 years and, though we knew we wanted a Legacy, so many safety and infotainment advances had been made we This was our first car buying experience in 12 years and, though we knew we wanted a Legacy, so many safety and infotainment advances had been made we needed guidance in our purchase. Our salesman, Carmelo Vazquez, was not only professional and knowledgeable about every system in the car, he was a 'no pressure' guy, which we really appreciated. He answered all of our many questions and with the assistant manager, Josh Stringer, they found us exactly the car we wanted. With a very fair trade-in offer on our 2004 Honda Accord, they made the entire experience extremely smooth and pleasant. We were referred to Crews Subaru by longtime Subaru owners, and we will now be referring people to Crews. Well done, Crews!! More
