I’m happy with the car, but the lack of accurate communication from Anthony was a big issue and caused us to make multiple trips to the dealership that were unnecessary. The time spent at the dealer communication from Anthony was a big issue and caused us to make multiple trips to the dealership that were unnecessary. The time spent at the dealership was excessive and not what we expected from the communication. We were told “ just come on in and put down your deposit and we will hold your car” No, you have to go in and do all the paperwork as if you’re purchasing the car that day, which took way longer than it should have. Additionally just the time it was taking to print documents was insane. Then to have those document be inaccurate anyway. Now finally coming in to purchase the car ( 1st one was crashed on the way to the dealership) we are told we can’t pay our down payment with credit card or debit card so we had to come back again to bring a check , who keeps their check book on them anymore, again lack of communication. We have not needed to purchase a car in many years and hope we don’t need to again anytime soon. BTY Vaughn was great Update: Vaughn Allen and Josh the GM at wilsonville Toyota are awesome. Turns out Anthony Campos caused even more issues than we realized when review was written, but Josh and Vaughn fixed everything for us. I would purchase from Wilsonville Toyota again but I would suggest every steer clear of Anthony Campos: More

Overall, the service I received when dealing with a paint issue was good...a little bumpy at first, but in the end the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I thank Josh the General Manager and Evan in the issue was good...a little bumpy at first, but in the end the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I thank Josh the General Manager and Evan in the service department for making sure the service was handled. Due to Josh's handling of the issue, he has earned my return business. I have now purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership and will return next time I am in the market for a vehicle. Thank you for listening to my concerns and working to resolve them. More

This is our 4th Toyota vehicle bought through Wilsonville Toyota. Obviously, we keep coming back! Josh, the manager is beyond reproach when it comes to finding the exact Toyota you’re looking for! Working Toyota. Obviously, we keep coming back! Josh, the manager is beyond reproach when it comes to finding the exact Toyota you’re looking for! Working with Steven Bailey was the least stress we’ve EVER experienced when purchasing a vehicle (we’re over 60, so you know that means quite a few cars). Highly recommend working with Steven - he definitely doesn’t give you any ‘bull’. More

John is an exceptional salesman. I had some issues with a vehicle I had bought from this dealership, not going to go into details but it left me with a bit of a sour taste in my mout I had some issues with a vehicle I had bought from this dealership, not going to go into details but it left me with a bit of a sour taste in my mouth. Josh the gm and John took the time to listen to the issues I was having and made things right. It’s very apparent JSP loves what he does and actually values his customers time. I’ve dealt with more people at that dealership than the average customer. John and for that matter Josh, are the only reason they still have my business. JSP is truly the MVP of wilsonville Toyota it will be a very unfortunate day if he ever leaves. More

April 11th we bought a Rav4 Prime from Wilsonville Toyota. We were having hard time deciding whether to lease the car or not, as we really needed a car but we didn’t want to take a big financial li Toyota. We were having hard time deciding whether to lease the car or not, as we really needed a car but we didn’t want to take a big financial liability. We asked the sales person - Chris Guidi - if he can remove any of the listed charges that comes as extra accessories or any (to be) built-in features, any unnecessary high price protection plans such as environmental protection/ clear bra and etc. He said whatever is in that document is already applied to the car and therefore cannot be taken out. While we were discussing he would go and come back “giving us some time” seeing that my wife was very excited to get a car and when he came back he would come with better options. He applied a discount and made it cheaper. After some talk and my insistence Chris agreed that he can also remove the warranty and service plan fee which by the way Toyota offers for free. They were trying to sell duplicated 2-year warranty and service plan already included by Toyota when you by a new Toyota car. OK. They removed it. And it was the second time that I asked whether he can weave the protection fees (clear bra and environmental protection) and he said no, “I checked and unfortunately they are already applied to the car.” As we were told that there are no options for any ‘item removal of off the list’ we signed several papers and he showed one more time that Clear Bra ($1195) and Environmental Protection ($899) cannot be taken out as the service is already applied to that particular car. Yesterday I received a text from Toyota saying that A day should be scheduled for Clear Bra and Environmental Protection services. And I called the sales person right away to clarify. He told me that there’s nothing he can do. I went to Toyota Wilsonville to talk to the general manager. I explained the situation and after checking he said that what is happening here is that they had that kit, but for some reasons they did not do the service and since that service (a ‘kit’) was ‘specifically designed’ to that Rav4 Prime there is nothing they can do as they do not have any additional Primes to apply this service to. (Chris G. said they will have new cars in 2 weeks and the general manager said they might not have Primes for 3-4 for months, while both said that Prime is the most requested and sold car.) I explained once again that my main issue was that I didnt want this service applied in the first place. and if it wasn’t done already then I refuse to have it. At that time I had to accept the fee as the sales person assured me that it was already applied. But knowing that it is not applied, I do not want the service and want a refund. (It is a service and not an asset/accessory so they can have it applied to other Rav4s easily.) The manager told me that he will look into it and will let me know. He called me couple of hours later and said that they can remove the Environmental Protection but cannot remove the Clear Bra, as that paint is already waiting in Toyota service. I don’t understand. It is insane that they sell me something as “applied” with no choice. And then I learn that it is not applied and I have a choice. but then I still don’t cause It was supposed to be done but it wasn’t. That is called deceiving the customer. and now they are negotiating with me. And when I was in the Toyota Wilsonville to talk to GM, the first moment I mentioned that I was kinda “made” to sign and agree to those terms, he cut my word and right away said that nobody made you, if you want you can return the car, in such a careless manner that like we were dealing over a small and unimportant deal. and While I was talking to sales person over the phone, he said that maybe it was me that misunderstood as english was my second language, whereas I specifically asked him 3 times and maybe more if we can remove those fees. Very disappointed. They are just bunch of liars. More

Please read before shopping at this location. AVOID CHRIS GUIDI. I went in after working a 10 hour day. I was made to think this sales rep would be staying past his shift to help me so I ne AVOID CHRIS GUIDI. I went in after working a 10 hour day. I was made to think this sales rep would be staying past his shift to help me so I needed to be there quickly. When I arrived he was helping another couple. Before getting to me another couple arrived whom he proceeded to help. About an hour after I arrived, after stating I had a one year old at home, I was finally greeted. I went in with a question. 5 hours later and not ready to make a change to my current two leases, I had signed paperwork and drove off the lot with a car I did not want. Every time I would say anything, Chris would step away for 20+ minutes and come back with “a better option”. Before I knew it I was being pressured into do something I had no intention of doing. With a one year old at home, tired from work, a women alone, Chris helped himself by manipulating and gaslighting me into making this change. A tactic taught to salesman. Make them tired, step away, give them all of these numbers, and they will crack. When I woke up I realized I had been pressured and manipulated into doing something I didn’t feel comfortable doing. I sent a message to him, kindly apologizing and requesting my car back want wanting waiting for my lease to actually end. His response, “Any chance you guys can come I’m before five so I’m not here all night a second time?” Devaluing my time that he also took. I didn’t get to see my child before he went to bed. It’s wasn’t just Chris’s time. It was mine too! Chris is the most emotional and passive aggressive person I have ever worked with. He would not take no for an answer! When I arrived the next day, another 10 hour work day, I waited 45 minutes to be helped. We sit down and he says, “you know, I spent a lot of time with you yesterday. Can you explain to me why.” The worst part is I did. I didn’t owe him anything. A simple no was all that needed to be said. AGAIN, I let Chris manipulate me into thinking I needed to end my leases. Signing and driving away with another vehicle. I sent an email the next morning to the general manager to sort through what had happened. I wasn’t able to sleep. I was sick to my stomach. How did I let him do this to me again! I couldn’t understand how I allowed to be so terribly treated then manipulated into making a decision I constantly said I did not want to do! The general manager did not return my email. A manager by the name of Ellie MacLaurie return my call. I explained what happened. She stated she was the one that helped Chris and immediately began to defend Chris and try to make me accept full responsibility. During my conversation with Chris he awkwardly shared with me that the “manager loves him and will do anything for he says”. Clearly this was that manager. My original question was a hypothetical question. I was not ready to end my leases as we planned to purchase our vehicles come November or possibly early based on how the question was answered. Once he began to explain I didn’t want to move forward until November and said no in many ways. She states, “you came in here asking for a Highlander. I see it here in your notes.” Fact: I am the customer, this was a conversation I had directly with Chris, not her, and I never asked for a Highlander because I’ve never even heard of the vehicle. Chris recommended the Highlander because he has one. She would say things like, “that’s not fair to say. You’re wrong, that’s not what happened, I’m stating fact, it’s in the note, no that’s not what you said.” Incredibly argumentative and would justify it by saying, “I’m just trying to sort this out.” She was never present for my conversation with Chris. She only heard and read his narrative which was not true to mine. I stated I came in with a question and felt like I couldn’t leave without saying yes. I told her, “I’m afraid of this man!” I said now I know you can’t come to your business without making a deal. There is no customer service. She then told me that the only reason people come to a car dealership is to buy! I said, so people don’t shop anymore? She said no, 75% of people are there to leave with a vehicle. I said exactly! I was there with a question! I am the other 25%, not there to buy! I explained to her that I work in the dental field presenting patients with $5,000 to $50,000 treatment plans. I will spend hours, days, months on the phone or in person working with them to have them not proceed. I NEVER AND WOULD NEVER MAKE THEM FEEL BAD ABOUT THAT. I would never ask them why or make them explain to me why. They said no. That is enough! She was gaslighting me just as Chris did and defending his poor behavior. I explained my narrative and continued to be browbeaten for a third day in a row by this company. I again was backed into a corner, being made to feel like this was entirely my fault, so I gave up. I said ok, we’ll keep this car but I will never come back. She allowed me to be harassed by her salesman and by her. Another woman harassing another woman! We ended the call with she would be talking to her manger and getting back to me. Maybe a few minutes later, she called back to tell me she would reverse the situation and we would get our vehicle back. The call felt insincere. I’m waiting for something to happen or come of it. She called to attack me and make me take full responsibility, which I did say many times, I don’t know why I accepted and I apologized several times. Then all of a sudden stated she cant live with me feeling this way because of something she said? So now she’s willing to help us? When my husband returned the vehicle he said that Chris kept coming up and asking questions to which Ellie said, “leave it alone/don’t worry about it.” To my husband Chris was trying to find things to charge us for. They wouldn’t even acknowledge the inappropriate text message from Chris telling me he was, “laying here in bed.” Which is just something you don’t say in the professional world. They wouldn’t acknowledge how poorly I was treated or accept any responsibility of what transpired. Fact: they are not there to help you. They only help them selves. You can no longer just shop there you must buy. Plan for several hours because they want to make you tired and vulnerable to back you into a corner. The sales tactics they use are lined out on google/TikTok. Please watch to educate yourself on the physiological manipulation and sales tactics they use. This is not a no bull dealership. They are full of bull and extremely abusive. More
