At Wilsonville Toyota, our transaction transparency assures that everything we’ve promised is delivered and nothing is hidden from our guests. As with all other Wilsonville Toyota guests, we disclosed all pricing and products throughout your time with us. When you had questions, we provided answers so you'd have all the information and time you needed to decide whether to move forward or not. You decided to proceed with the transaction and we completed it as requested. As noted in your reviews, you then came back to us – both in person and on the phone - to renegotiate the terms of this transaction. So, as transparently as possible, here is we stand: 1) We will not provide discounts that we don’t offer every other customer at our dealership. 2) We extend our offer to fully reverse the transaction provided the vehicle is returned in new condition prior to close of business this Friday, 4/21/2023.

You are saying that you were sure transparency and nothing hidden from the customer but your sales person told us a lie even when we asked 3 times that ‘was those extra protection packages already applied and he said yes s. but turns out that it wasnt. it is a lie and it is deceiving the customer. To ‘no hidden costs’ you also added 2 year warranty that comes with Toyota, which is a shame because you steal the same amount just for extra ‘protection’ whereas you represent Toyota. we are not asking for a discount, nor we are planning to return the car. we are just asking to refund the amount of service that you lied about being applied to the car, which wasn’t. and we dont want that service as I stated before. It would be a different story if it was applied (because that was how it was explained to us). So your employee told us one story, which wasn’t true. and as a manager it is your responsibility to take actions on this deceit and this situation should-be fixed for the customer. But instead you bull us to either take the deal that you see fit and return the car. After we have spent so many days, decisions money time and stress, you just want us to return the car, because you didn’t like what we said and it doesn’t suit your ‘plans’ on this issue. This is a big disrespect to customer. Its not the way how you should handle the customer issue, especially if it’s on your sales person’s fault (lie).
