We purchased our 2023 Supra here. Luis was exceptional and kept us in the loop. The paperwork was seamless and very quick. Normally buying a car is like pulling teeth, but not here! This place claims to be a "no bull" dealership, but ther was a lot of bull. The staff is very unprofessional, and have very poor product knowledge. I tell them I don't want steel wheels with covers, and a was a lot of bull. The staff is very unprofessional, and have very poor product knowledge. I tell them I don't want steel wheels with covers, and ask if the car comes with alloy wheels, without hesitation they say, "yes." I ask if I can get my car with a roof rack, they write up paper to order one and have me sign it. When I go to pick up the car, there was no rack. I ask about it, they say there isn't one. They could have at least called to let me know before I came out with my family in tow. They tell me Yakima has a partnership with them and they can put on on for me. They could not. They don't even make a rack for my car. After waiting to hear back from Yakima, I call to speak to a manager about it, and all they can do is offer to buy my car back as a used car. they did tell me about another place that can put one on for me, but it will cost nearly $1000 and I thought it was going to cost $250. I ask if there is any way they can help out with the extra cost, they say they will call me back in two days. They never did, I tried to call to find out a 4 days later, I leave a message, still no call back. I send an email to the general manager, no response. The salesman calls back for a regular check in, apparently totally unaware of my other interactions with managers, promises to call me back the next day with a solution, he never calls back. I mean, if you can't help me, just say so. Nope these guys just ghosted me. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! If you do business with these guys make sure you are getting the car you want, because they apparently don't even know what they are selling you. More

Vaughn was great, felt very at ease with him, He got me the 4runner I was hoping to get. This is my first time buying a vehicle that I cannot see, but it worked out great. It came in on time and the final the 4runner I was hoping to get. This is my first time buying a vehicle that I cannot see, but it worked out great. It came in on time and the final process was fast and great. This is my second purchase from wilsonville Toyota last was a new 2007 FJ cruiser and both times were a great experience. Thanks again Vaughn you were great to work with. By the way my 4 runner fit in my garage with about 2” to spare with the roof basket. I was worried about that all the way home, but it all worked great. More

The manager, Josh Von Ruden, was exceptional in getting my wife and I a new Toyota Sienna 2022 with all the bells and whistles. This will be the 3rd car I have leased or purchased from Christy Buttice and she is hands down the BEST at customer service, knowledge, follow through. She is super smart, helpful and wonderful. Same with manager Josh VonRuden - top notch all the way around. I also had an incredible customer service experience in the Service Department with Jonah Nelson. I accidentally brought my new car in for it's "clear bra and environmental protection package" and Jonah bent over backwards to find me a loaner car for an extra day. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the wonderful customer service I received from all three mentioned above - thank you so such Christy, Josh and Jonah! More
