What a great car buying experience! who knew?!!! Recently i was in a hit and run accident. I was blessed to walk away uninjured but my 2007 ford fusion was not. This came at a bad time as i was needing my car to go on vacation. Progressive insurance also great co! They took care of me as well! I had been to only 2 dealersships after returning from vacation and in a pickle to HAVE TO purchase a car within 2 days. I did major research for 2 weeks went to look at the used tarus sho and loved It. However this dealership put a buying customer on hold at the store 4 hours!! ( booo! Patterson kia of arlington!!) so left there one short stop at auto nation then to FIVE STAR FORD. Was introduced to my sales associate Mr. Greg Foster. We hit it off right away. We went for a few test drives of their used inventory. Nothing matched up to what I really wanted. Greg asked me exactly what I was looking for, i told him what I wanted to pay . And the rest is history. My boyfriend and I were treated like royalty! As all of you this isnt what I expected. We arrived late to the dealership that evening and Mr. foster stayed over very late to work a wonderful deal for us. I met his boss Josh Fichter previously when having the 2007 fusion serviced there. These guys rock! Anthony the " finance guy " was a hoot and very knowledgeable. The entire team stayed on late there to get us taken care of , gave us great information about the purchase ,and explained every detail of the paperwork to me as well as the benefits i would be entitled to as a five star ford new car owner. We purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion Titanium! I am overjoyed with it. Go the postcard letting me know my tags and plates were in at Five Star and ran up there got them and wouldnt you know, Mr Foster was there with drill in hand to affix them for me right in the lot. He asked me questions about the car and how it was treating me and i gave him a wonderous review ! I will be back to Five Star to visit Mr. Foster, and Mr. Fichter when im there for oil changes! And when I take the FORD SYNC/TOUCH FREE CLASS they give you. These guys treated me like family! Thank you and Bless you Greg Foster ! I feel like your my brother from another mother! Ditto Josh! ?? More

This is a super dealership all I can say is WOW!! The laid back atmosphere and good help was perfect for my wife and myself. They never tried to sell me something I didn't want. I did specifically request the Auto Butler paint protection system and it was applied quickly and professionally. I know that paint protection services are considered high-profit items for dealers, but 5-Star offered an excellent price and having somebody "wax" my truck every six-months for what amounts to $40.00 a service, was too great a value to pass up! Anthony Snyder treated my wife and I like family. Jimmy Mathews provided an excellent service in educating me as to the capability of My-touch, Wow, what capabilities! More

What a Great Experience! I had a tough situation and they worked hard to tender a deal for me that worked. I had a new 2014 BMW with a clear title that I didn't like and I dec I had a tough situation and they worked hard to tender a deal for me that worked. I had a new 2014 BMW with a clear title that I didn't like and I decided I wanted a Ford F-150 again. But how to make that deal work that could be a win/win for both parties, I was afraid it was next to impossible. Even though I thought the BMW I had was not right for me, I was prepared to keep it if I couldn't find the deal I wanted because it was a great car with still a lot of value left in it. In other words, I wasn't desperate. I didn't HAVE to make that deal and I didn't want to force it. But they made it happen and I was very pleased. Now I'm in the truck I wanted. Thanks to all who made it possible. I worked with Ken McLemore and also had conversations with Joshua Fichter, but I'm sure others were involved as well whose names I do not know. It was also late at night when I should have let them go home and come back the next working day, but they wanted to stay with me until the deal was done. Now I'm off and running and very happy about it. See you on the road! I will say that in 2007 I met Tony Pack after my two children were nearly killed in a car accident. Tony was a great encouragement to me, allowing me to sit in his office and hear his story from years ago. He gave me a copy of his book, which I've read cover to cover, and I have always appreciated him for that encouragement that he gave to my kids and I. What a great man! Interestingly enough, I never bought from there until now...some 8 years later. I will again, but since I'm in the truck I wanted, it may be a while. :-) More

Thanks Melvin Seibel for a job well done When we decided to replace my wife's car we started with Five Star Ford. But then started visiting other dealerships. It soon became obvious why we continue with Five Star Ford, customer service. Our first purchase in 2001 was from Joshua Fichter and as his career has advanced he still treats us as friends. Joshua introduced us to Melvin Seibel and I see another long time friendship developing. When Melvin asked what we were looking for he listened and brought us the car that perfectly matched our request. Because of the open discussion and excellent information we received, we leased the Ford Explorer Limited. The lease is the first for us but after all of the options were clearly explained it was the obvious choice. My wife is happy and excited with her new car and we now look forward to continuing our relationship with Five Star Ford and their excellent Service Department. More

First time customer…now a lifelong member! Five Star Ford was highly recommended by the Car Pro Show and I can see why. From the moment we entered the show room, we were greeted in a timely ma Five Star Ford was highly recommended by the Car Pro Show and I can see why. From the moment we entered the show room, we were greeted in a timely manner and began the process to buy our 2014 Ford Edge. Our Sales Associate, Randal Sindell was very helpful and knowledgeable. The floor manager, Joshua, was also very knowledgeable and quick to help explain all scenarios of financing options. He made it clear that we were a family member, not just a customer so he made sure we understood all the rebates, programs etc. that would benefit us as well as make the sale go as smooth as possible. Finally we met Tut Edwards, or as he prefers, the TUTMAN EXPERIENCE. It truly was a great experience in dealing with him and finalizing everything. Last and certainly not least was Jimmie the SYNC/MY TOUCH technician which I thoroughly enjoyed talking with. He was very helpful in explaining the SYNC system and I am glad to say I will return to his class that is held on Saturday to get more out of our SYNC system. I highly recommend this dealer and hope those that go there have just as a positive experience as we did. More
