Horrible communication, I have never had such a horrible experience with a dealership. Kevin was okay but hardly returned my calls. Didn’t do a walk around with me before I left the lot didn’t notice a big experience with a dealership. Kevin was okay but hardly returned my calls. The staff are friendly and provide great customer service, at the dealership. One area that needs big improvement is making contact via phone and/or text messages. I never receive a call back and/or service, at the dealership. One area that needs big improvement is making contact via phone and/or text messages. I never receive a call back and/or text message when trying to make an appointment and have questions. It takes multiple tries to finally get through by phone This is extremely frustrating. Being told, “oh yeah, we were very busy” does not cut it and makes me think twice about bringing my car elsewhere for service; which I’d rather not. Improve this area and I would not hesitate to score 5 stars. More
