Joslynn Keys is excellent, 3rd car we've purchased or leased from her in the last few years. Service was slow for just an oil change, tire rotation, new wipers and inspection. Left the used vehicle for a cigarette patch and detailing. The patch was sloppy making a permanent mess well outside of the hole being patched. The detailing never happened. I ended up spending another $100 to get the inside detailed. Mentioned interest in also purchasing a new Blazer, never offered to show me anything available on the lot. Asked about a 2nd key and was told it would be less than $150. When I called 'parts' they said $113 for the key and $150 to program it, so $263! Very annoyed and glad that I didn't purchase my new vehicle from them. More
