Was lied to several times. Was assured our car had features it does not, features that are very standard on a loaded car. Was told our trade in loan payment would be overnighted. 3 weeks later and abo features it does not, features that are very standard on a loaded car. Was told our trade in loan payment would be overnighted. 3 weeks later and about 3 hours on the phone combined with this dealership and the check was finally mailed. It was allegedly sent a week late via USPS with no tracking. Who mails a $37k check with no tracking? Had to climb the supervisor ladder about 3 times before this was resolved. Absolute nightmare. And now working with loan holder on credit dispute as this dealer was 3 weeks late. More

I overall had a good experience. However, there were times to where I was left alone for long periods of time without knowing what was going on. More transparency during the process would of quantified a 5 star rating. More
