The experience was good from a price/deal perspective but customer service was unexpectedly poor. It appears that because we did much of the legwork to identify the car we were looking for and it was priced customer service was unexpectedly poor. It appears that because we did much of the legwork to identify the car we were looking for and it was priced well the salesperson made little effort to make us feel welcomed. We struggled to find him to ask questions and felt abandoned waiting without explanation on what we were waiting for. The finance individual was very dry and appeared annoyed to be doing our deal because we didn’t want any of the add ons. He seemed in a hurry to get us out of his office and talked poorly about the salesman because he claimed they mislead the finance manager. More
