Tom super awesome and extremely knowledgeable about the Mercedes Benz product. I came into the dealership on a Saturday for something minor and wanted to have my brakes checked. Service advisor (Juan Easl Mercedes Benz product. I came into the dealership on a Saturday for something minor and wanted to have my brakes checked. Service advisor (Juan Easley) informed me that the service manager Tom would test drive my vehicle to ensure the brakes were properly functional. During the test drive Tom advised me that he was going to test the ABS in my vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Mercedes Benz product and shared a lot of insight on my vehicle. He also went a step further upon our return to the dealership to look up and explain all the services that were performed on my vehicle prior to my ownership which was January 25, 2021. I definitely feel comfortable in knowing that when I come to Mercedes Benz of SilverSpring all of my services and sales needs will be meet. Thanks again Tom you rocked! 😉.
