Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring (MBSS) is a topflight dealership! As a long-time Benz owner, I know their service is always rendered in a timely, professional, and friendly manner. Last month, I had my f dealership! As a long-time Benz owner, I know their service is always rendered in a timely, professional, and friendly manner. Last month, I had my first sales experience with MBSS and I'm pleased to say I couldn't be happier with the transaction! Starting with a late-night email notice of interest in a specific vehicle I had been looking for, I got a full email response with details on the car from my Sales Manager, Charles Miller, the next morning. Charlie invited me in to see and test drive the car. On arrival, I met Charlie immediately. We discussed and viewed the car; he offered a test drive and answered all of my questions in a no sales pressure atmosphere. As much as I may have tried to hide it, Charlie knew I wanted the car. He worked with me to make sure all of my documentation was received timely and kept me informed by email and text every step of the way! Overall, I'm really grateful for Charlie's expert guidance and MBSS' continued excellence in sales and service! I'd recommend MBSS and Charlie Miller to anyone looking for a quality, no pressure buying experience! More

This has been my go to dealership to maintain my vehicle since my purchase. The staff in its entirety has been personable and pleasant and make you feel comfortable knowing they will keep you informed of t since my purchase. Service Representative Juan Easley provided outstanding quality customer service and I truly appreciated the fact that although I had a challenge with establishing my appointment online, he was able to fit me into the rotation of customers which allowed me to have my service performed the day I went to have the action performed. Mr. Easley was extremely hospitable and listened to and addressed my inquiries which I absolutely appreciate! I am very thankful to the Silver Spring Mercedes Benz Dealership/Service center as they have a true gem in their employ with Mr. Easley and his outstanding quality customer service and support. More
