My husband bought his vehicle from MB of Annapolis and I brought him to pick it up yesterday. Julian goes above & beyond and reps MB as one would expect. My car was detailed after the inspection and cleaner today then when I left with it new from my previous dealership. I have been buying and servicing my previous MBs at a different location for the past several years. Despite Annapolis being twice as far, my husband & I agreed that all our future purchases and service will be at Annapolis MB. I can not make enough positive comments about Julian, but to summarize he is AWESOME! Allen made the purchasing portion seamless and a positive, stress free experience. He is also very knowledgable with tremendous experience & friendly. MB reputation proceeds itself, but the dealership and service center are what close the loop. I have already started referring friends! More

Julian Connor was an excellent salesman and with the help of Dean Cunningham, they were able to get my C-300 safe and sound into my hands! There was a problem with the front license plate, however, they were able to repair it for free and Mr. Beltcher was able to lower my APR percentage by a whole point. I truly would like to thank everyone involved in the process and I am very happy with my purchase as well as going with Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis for my new car. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a new Mercedes hands down. More

I had the opportunity to work with Julian Connor. Julian has years of knowledge of vehicles, specifically MB and VWs. Him and the team were really nice and helpful throughout my time there and every question I had either had an answer or he went to someone else to find that answer. I highly recommend Julian and the Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis if you are looking for a used car that they have, and/or a Mercedes-Benz. You won't be disappointed with the experience and it is always nice at the end of a purchase when the dealership gets your new car squeaky clean and gives it to you with a full tank of gas! More

I finally found the car that works for me. I must be honest. I did not think that this dealership was the one to get the job done. I arrived one rainy night and around 8:30. Everyone was busy I must be honest. I did not think that this dealership was the one to get the job done. I arrived one rainy night and around 8:30. Everyone was busy and they were preparing to close. I test-drove one vehicle and I was not sold. The salesman was truly busy and in the middle of a trade-in and I didn't want to be a third wheel. I browsed the lot and decided to search elsewhere. I met Dean and another manager they were very helpful and explained a few things to help my wife and me. They explained that they would appreciate our business and they were thankful for us stopping by on this particular rainy evening in October. We went on to search for the right Mercedes. Our search led us to a Delaware BMW, a New Jersey Maserati dealership, and another Mercedes in Maryland. I was two days from flying to Miami for a test drive on another Car when I decided to give Annapolis one more try. I called the salesman and no answer. I called the manager that I met previously and no answer. It was Friday morning around 11 am and my wife saw a car on the website that didn't have pictures but met the criteria. She was intrigued by the online description and believed it would be a good fit. I had to call the dealership three more times before I was transferred to Julian. Julian immediately checked for the vehicle that was were inquiring about and offered to take pictures and send them to us as soon as possible. That was the first thing he did to show me how completely different from every other car salesman in all of the 6-7 luxury dealerships that I have encountered in the last two weeks. He sent the pictures and I immediately made an appointment. He was waiting, but the car was out for detailing. While we waited he gave us a detailed description and educated us on every aspect of the various engines and models withing the showroom. We test-drove an AMG that morning at another dealership so he explained the difference between an AMG and how the engines are made by hand. I was intrigued and I felt like I was in a Ph.D. PROGRAM. I came in with a junior college education on high-end vehicles and left with a Ph.D. thanks for Julian. He knows his stuff and he does not try to sell you. He allows the product to sell itself. That is the true sign of an individual who loves what they do. If you need a vehicle I highly recommend, Julian Connor! He is the best! More
