Caleb is an absolute amazing member of the sales team! His personality is an essential element of any sales force and his is on point! His willingness to work with the customer is a vital element of his ability to close a sale! An important aspect for me personally was his communication skills in both English and Spanish in explaining every detail of not only the truck we were wanting to purchase but in the negotiation process and ultimately the final contract. Caleb is an outstanding salesman and should be recognized as such by Sierra Toyota. We had been looking for a Prius for awhile and our Salesperson, Manessa Morales, who knew what we wanted, called me to let me kno that one had come in. I put a $500 hold on it. We went to test drive i Salesperson, Manessa Morales, who knew what we wanted, called me to let me kno that one had come in. I put a $500 hold on it. We went to test drive it yesterday at 2:15pm. We loved it and bought it and left Sierra Toyota with the vehicle a few minutes after 4pm. It was soo fast and no stress at all. I Love Sierra Toyota!! Kenny and I are soo grateful!
