Great shopping experience from Sierra Toyota! I have also made a number of referrals for friends and family. On May 2023 I had one of the best car shopping experience ever from Sierra Toyota. Jeffery Bennett (Sales Manager) and Julie Ramirez (Business Manager) are amazing and honest people! They are straightforward and honest people that keep their word on previously discussed agreements and they never try to downplay customers or pressure them on purchasing any additional items (extended warranties or accessories). I would HIGHLY recommend Sierra Toyota for anyone looking to purchase a new Toyota. Sierra is the only Toyota dealership in the state that is actually willing to negotiate on prices (during the current market). Overall outstanding service, great experience! More

Very knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions-and I had a lot! When I arrived to pick up my awesome new RAV4 Hybrid, everything was perfect. Mayra really took her time with me to explain EVERYTHING. Plus she was about as excited as I was! Despite being extremely excited, I was also a bit nervous because I had been driving my 22 year old RAV4, and all the fun stuff was a bit intimidating. She made sure I felt comfortable driving off the lot. I can’t say enough how great this was, and how grateful I was to have my friends recommend her. I’ve been telling everyone about her. My coworker bought hers from a Tucson dealership and she told me her person showed her how to use the door locks and a couple of other buttons, then asked, “Ok! You all good?” And then left. EXACTLY why I didn’t buy in Tucson and neither did my friends! Also, Julie in finance was great. Such a big purchase is exciting, but a bit overwhelming too.
