At 10:30 p.m. on a Saturday night, Julie Ramirez answered by email inquiry about a vehicle on the lot at Sierra Toyota. Rather, she simply answer my questions. I knew exactly what I wanted to buy, so the vehicle sold itself, but Julie worked hard to facilitate that, including picking me up at the airport and serving as a liaison for financing. Thanks Julie! Overall good experience...originally gave them 5stars, but subtracted 2 stars for a couple of issues i found after i got keys. The brakes and rotors were warped and had 2 get the turned. And for a certifi but subtracted 2 stars for a couple of issues i found after i got keys. The brakes and rotors were warped and had 2 get the turned. And for a certified used ...the warranty didnt cover. The sound system dosent work on the passenger side..thinking it was the speakers I replaced them, but taking off the panel and dash...the wires are spliced and taped up. Now i have to bring it to a professional audio place to figure out the wiring issues ( again not covered by warranty)....the third issue was more of an annoyance and waste of time. The dlc connector was disconnected to the bracket and because it was sooo...it failed emissions. All in all the sales person Julie was phenomenal. And i guess its a little my fault i didnt notice these issues...but I really didnt expect to have any issues for a certified used.... More
