Previous Infiniti owner. We were looking to replace a 13 year old vehicle and so starting looking at other brands. The ones you would think we would look at. Then we said, We were looking to replace a 13 year old vehicle and so starting looking at other brands. The ones you would think we would look at. Then we said, let's go back to Infiniti. GLAD WE DID!!! Took delivery of the QX60, for the reasons we had our other Infiniti for so long. Did I mention, this is now our 3rd one. Yes, the car is great. The dealership was warm and welcoming. Busy, yes, but still felt like we were the ones they were focused on from start to finish. You felt the teamwork from the sales to finance to management team. Tiffany Williams did a great job in working options for us and kept the process on track., not to mention she listened intently to what we wanted!! Pedro and Julius were all part of the process as well, which often when you get others involved things go off the track. Not here, for us!! Job well done team, and thanks for the professionalism and personal approach!! More
