Best experience while buying a vehicle! I drove in to look at the Tacoma that was listed online. Russell met me outside and within 5 minutes we were test driving the vehicle. I had a 2018 Si I drove in to look at the Tacoma that was listed online. Russell met me outside and within 5 minutes we were test driving the vehicle. I had a 2018 Silverado I wanted to "trade in" and it was appraised while we were on the test drive. Within an hour or less I had a fair offer on the Silverado and was beginning the process of purchasing the Tacoma. Russell stayed with me through the process from beginning to end. Justice took care of the financing. I felt at ease and I could trust Justice upon first meeting him. That meant a lot because my previous experience at another dealership left me wondering what had happened to the good people of the world. Apparently, they have been employed by Toyota of Cleveland.
